Deliveries made can be sent to any address provided that the address of which the payment card is registered is provided on your order. The delivery of all items will be required to be signed for, excluding items which are small and thus can be posted through your letterbox. Ensure that you keep the receipt that comes with your order in case you want to return or refund the product(s).
Whilst adding products to the Shopping Basket, an appropriate delivery charge will be automatically added, and you will always be able to see this charge before placing your order.
Delivery timescales depend on product and delivery slots availability and thus can vary. Items of a small size (which can be posted through your letter box) may be delivered using UPS. Orders that require next working day delivery must be placed before 2pm.
The delivery of orders will be between the hours of 8am and 4pm. Although we work to keep to any delivery dates set, we shall not be held liable (whether directly or indirectly) of any costs, loses or damages incurred by the customer or any other person(s) or companies occurring from the estimated delivery time not being met. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
If customers miss the delivery, the deliver will be attempted two more times on the following consecutive working days. If customers repeated miss the following two deliveries, the order will be sent back to us and therefore customers shall have to repay for the delivery costs.
Orders are only accepted once the goods have been delivered. Processing of payment and the acknowledgement of the order does not constitute a legally binding contract.
For every order placed, there will only ever be one delivery charge.
We shall not be held liable (whether directly or indirectly) of any costs, loses or damages incurred by the customer or any other person(s) or companies occurring from damage or defect to goods that are caused by circumstances or events beyond its reasonable control.
Returns & Refunds
If customers need to return a product(s) purchased from DND Nails, please contact us through e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone 714-638-1801 within 10 days and we will arrange a refund for any money that you have paid us for the product(s). We will only accept the returned goods under the conditions that the products have been unopened and thus unused, in addition to providing the original receipt of purchase. Customers who are returning goods must pay for the return postage.
If customers need to refund or exchange a product(s) due to being faulty or incorrect, please contact us through e-mail (email@example.com) within 10 days and we will arrange a refund for any money that you have paid us for the product(s), or a replacement. We will only accept the refunded goods under the conditions that the products are either faulty or incorrect (products that you did not order). Original receipt of purchase will have to be provided. Items to be refunded or exchanged should be
sent back to us vis UPS, and we will refund you for your postage costs if you include proof of postage from the UPS.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. Please.
All orders taken before 2pm will be processed and sent for delivery by 5pm the same day.
