"I purchased both gel and laquer in this color. I stopped gel pedis over a year ago and my nail on one big toe still splits. My nail tech recommended gel on that nail until it completely grows out. She put gel on the one toe and laquer on the rest. You can't tell the difference. The verdict is still out on how long the laquer will last. I am putting it to the test on Big Island, Hawaii."
